DayZero offers full Apple Health / HealthKit integration. HealthKit access is optional and only enabled with your permission. You control which data types are shared, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

DayZero is for habit tracking and wellness insights only and is not a medical device. Do not rely on DayZero for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
